Shipping & Returns
We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. With standard shipping, most orders arrive within seven business days. With expedited shipping, most orders arrive within three business days.
Shipping Suggestions - Cioccolada guarantees your chocolate will arrive in good condition. We strongly suggest using a business address to receive shipments of chocolate.
We cannot accept responsibility for chocolate left outside upon delivery.
In Store pick-up - We do offer in-store pickup. At checkout, you will still need to enter your shipping address. After doing so, you can select the in-store pickup option. Orders can be physically picked up between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday through Friday at the following location:

Inspect your order: It is the customers sole responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive an order that has been damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 business days to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
To return a damaged or incorrect order, please email us immediately upon receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect order.
If you ordered the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it with the correct item. However, we do not guarantee full credit if you have ordered the wrong item. If you have ordered the wrong item it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Please email us before returning any products to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for returning the goods. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Please keep all packaging materials and shipping documents to insure proper credit.
