We generally ship your order on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid melting.  We use 2-3 business days shopping options. 

Shipping Suggestions - Cioccolada guarantees your chocolate will arrive in good condition. We strongly suggest using a business address or attended residence to receive shipments of chocolate. 

We cannot accept responsibility for chocolate left outside upon delivery.

DAMAGED/INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Inspect your order: It is the customers sole responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive an order that has been damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 business days to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).

To return a damaged or incorrect order, please email us immediately upon receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect order.

 

RETURNS

If you ordered the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it with the correct item. However, we do not guarantee full credit if you have ordered the wrong item. If you have ordered the wrong item it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please email us before returning any products to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for returning the goods. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Please keep all packaging materials and shipping documents to insure proper credit.
