Thus, Cioccolada's journey began...
Using her experience in health and wellness, and her passion for style and beauty Ada Azarya was determined to create wellness-centered luxurious chocolate: beautiful on the outside and organically nutritious in the inside, with a lasting and satisfying feeling of focus and euphoria. Operating out of Black Barn Kitchen on Madison Square Park, Cioccolada delivers an intimately custom experience allowing her B2B, hospitality and VIP clients to choose their own flavors and packaging creations. Cioccolada currently serves as the exclusive chocolatier of several prominent New York City restaurants and hotels. Some of her current clients include the Iroquois, Cosmopolitan, Edison, Evelyn, Belleclaire, The Mark by Jean-Georges and Black Barn.
